During designing a building, the design of evacuation is very important.The rationality of the design of evacuation determines whether people can evacuate from buildings.But the existing criterion does not relate to how to evaluate rationality of various designs of evacuationThis paper advances a method which uses the using rate of unit effective evacuation width as the majorAnd this method can give advices to adjust the design to profit personal evacuation.

In this paper, a novel rate-dependent Prandtl-Ishlinskii (P-I) model is proposed to characterize therate-dependent hysteresis nonlinearity of piezoelectric actuators.The new model is based on a modified rate-dependent play operator, in which a dynamic envelope functionThe experimental results show that the developed rate-dependent P-I model precisely characterize therate-dependent hysteresis loops up to 1000 Hz.
